At UNO Aroma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the personal nature of beauty products, we only accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
